The Resilient Suppressors Miami is a lightweight rimfire suppressor based on the Jessie’s Girl baffle design and manufactured using a combination of additive manufacturing and CNC machining. Its DMLS-printed titanium core is laser welded to a CNC-machined serialized mount, providing a 3.4-ounce suppressor suitable for cartridges ranging from .22 LR through 5.7x28mm. The titanium construction provides corrosion resistance and reduced weight for use across compatible rimfire pistols and rifles.
The Miami uses a modular construction in which the serialized mount remains separate from the suppressor core, providing a design intended to accommodate future manufacturer-supported upgrades. It is full-auto rated when maintained below the specified 700°F operating temperature.
