Shipping Policy

Stone Arms Inc. will normally ship to you within 2-4 days of your order and will email you the tracking number. We do not guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive intact (damaged goods are reported to the carrier). We do however insure the contents against loss and damage. We normally will ship FEDEX or USPS. Stone Arms Inc. does ship to Alaska and California but you have to call to place your order. We DO NOT ship to Hawaii or overseas. If you have ordered an item that becomes out of stock while your order is being processed than you be notified and your order will be shipped out to you immediately upon arriving at Stone Arms Inc.

All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer in your state, please check with your local laws regarding your states firearms regulations prior to placing your order. We do not know your local laws.

NOTE: Stone Arms Inc. will make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Please rest assured that we will ship your item as soon as we can. Incorrect items: If a product is not the product that you ordered, Stone Arms Inc, will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt. Stone Arms Inc. cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you will send these items directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

Note: Stone Arms Inc. does not accept refunds on scopes, sights, binoculars, flashlights, DVD’s, hearing protectors, clothing or special order items.

Return Policy

Incorrect items: If a product is not the product that you ordered, Stone Arms Inc. will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt. Stone Arms Inc. cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you will send these items directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Note: Stone Arms Inc. does not accept refunds on scopes, sights, binoculars, flashlights, DVD’s, hearing protectors, clothing or special order items. Firearms are non-returnable and non-refundable. If the firearm you order is defective or damaged it must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or adjustment. Some manufacturers offer superior service and we may direct you in this regard, depending on the brand.

Electronic Devices, Hearing Protectors, Lasers, Rangefinders, Lights and other electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer, and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds or returns are accepted on these types of items. We only carry Electronic Devices that are covered under warranty by a reputable manufacturer. Please consult your owner’s manual for warranty information, or call us for instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your Accessory Product (other than exceptions such as firearms, electronic devices, optics etc.), you may return it within 10 days for a full refund, less shipping costs (and fees) and restocking fees (20% minimum restocking fee*). Item must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels and papers intact. You must have a 'Return Authorization Number' (RMA) before returning the item. Contact us by phone or email for an RMA- BEFORE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT! Accessories include (but are not limited to): Holsters, Belts, Knives, Cleaning Supplies, Firearm Add-Ons. *Restocking fees: All returns will be charge a twenty percent restocking fee. Left Handed Items are special order items, and are not returnable. Left handed orders may not be canceled. Stone Arms Inc. cannot accept returns on any ammunition due to liability.
